After-Essen Game Party in Berlin, Oct. 24

If you’re in Germany and looking for something to do after the Spiel-induced haze starts to fade, head to Berlin for an After Essen party on Wed., Oct. 24 at Spielwiese Ludothek, Laden und Café, which BGN columnist Jeff Allers wrote about in his August 2007 Postcard from Berlin.

Game designers Guenter Cornett, Thorsten Gimmler, Peer Sylvester, and Bernd Eisenstein—three of whom have new games appearing at Spiel 07—will be on hand, as will Jeff Allers and your truly. To celebrate the one-year anniversary of the Spielwiese café, the €1 game rental fee per player will be waved for the day. The café opens at 14:00, with the After Essen Party officially starting at 20:00.
