Amigo Gives Heavy Metal to Children
German publisher Amigo Spiele, which started reissuing games in metal containers in 2004 for the tenth anniversary of 6 Nimmt! (followed by Wizard, Bohnanza and 2008’s Elfenland, among others), has apparently decided that metal is the new cardboard. For Q2 2008, the company is reissuing all 13 titles in Die Gelbe Reihe (The Yellow Line) in metal boxes. Games in the series include All meine Farben, Wo ist die Kokosnuss? and Der Plumpsack geht um.
