I’d like to suggest the obvious candidate—the sheeple (or pigeeple or whatever) from Agricola. Besides that, I’d have to vote for War Suns from Twilight Imperium 3rd edition because they are very unique in appearance (like giant spikey half-balls). 2 War suns = easy sexual innuendo. Posted by Tiago Nunes on Jul 31, 2008 at 09:36 AM | #

And not the Robber from Settlers? Or one of the dice with the big EYE OF SAURON from War of the Ring? Nothing funnier than personified evil. Posted by Frank Branham on Jul 31, 2008 at 10:50 AM | #

Merchant Ship from Age of Empires III! From Twilight Struggle I’d vote for the DEFCON “No Coup...” chit. Posted by Erin Wolthausen on Jul 31, 2008 at 01:45 PM | #

Buddha from Samurai, filled with wisdom to the point of almost sounding like a fortune cookie when he talks. Grande from El Grande, the mightiest of wooden cubes who speaks with a Spanish accent. Posted by Mike Adams on Jul 31, 2008 at 06:25 PM | #

What about some kind of playing card to give us a nostalgic “Alice in Wonderland” kind of feeling? Posted by Jeff Allers on Jul 31, 2008 at 11:34 PM | #

Of all the other suggestions, I’d love to see a cube tomato. I mean 2 War Suns and an El Grande (or Pandemic pawn) would be great for sexual tension, but I don’t think they would work well together. Same with cards or a weird non-descript piece like a slave (colonist) from Puerto Rico. Posted by Stefan Lopuszanski on Aug 3, 2008 at 04:16 AM | #

Sheep from Shear Panic (although they aren’t in the top 50… :( ) and it also breaks the abstract nature of most of the pieces… Posted by Matt J. Carlson on Aug 3, 2008 at 06:03 PM | #
