Regarding “So spielt die Welt”, which is listed under its publisher, Bambus Spieleverlag: I just got confirmation from the book’s author Peer Sylvester that one of my games (Deduce or Die, naturally) is included. So I’m published, albeit in German! My book signing tour should begin in a week.
