From the Editor: Illness and The New York Toy Fair
I thought I should post something for those who are waiting for the next installment of the New York Toy Fair Report. The reason for the delay? I’m sick as a dog.
I actually had a slight cough by the time I got to New York - the next day it turned into a very miserable cold. On the first day of the Toy Fair I felt terrible and that wasn’t helped by the fact that I hadn’t slept at all the night before. Yesterday was almost as bad, I ended up only going to the show in the afternoon. Today I decided to completely take the day off to rest up for the last day tomorrow.
Lucky for me there isn’t a lot of stuff at the Toy Fair I need to cover so with a couple of hours at the show tomorrow I should be able to get in everything that I wanted to cover.
I hope to be coherent enough to write up a yesterday’s report sometime later today.
