From the Editor: It’s Back - The Classic Misadventures in Gaming
Way back in 2002, when I was editing the old Terminal City Gamers website (my old group website), fellow gamer Dan Bosley suggested to me that he write a series of articles based on some of the silly experiences he had teaching games to non-gamers. Having heard some of his funny stories, I thought it was a great idea. Dan started typing and the Misadventures in Gaming series was born.
The series was an instant hit with readers and Dan continued the series, ultimately writing 19 episodes. After I moved onto GameWire (the predecessor to Boardgame News), the Terminal City Gamers website was taken down and the series disappeared - until now. I knew the series was too good to lay dormant, so starting today I’m going to start reposting the series one article at a time. You’ll find the series in the The Classic Misadventures in Gaming section.
If you’ve read them before, I’m sure you’ll enjoy reading them again. If you haven’t read them yet, you’re in for a treat!
