Interesting--Will they just sell through the stock, or start making them under their own name?  I’m definitely curious to see where this goes.

What a shame.  Glenn’s a great guy.  From all the details given on BGG, it’s odd to find that the miniscule rumors I heard flitting around at Origins were actually true.

Not quite the same, but reminds me of the Fresno Games debacle.

I agree in assuming that Funagain will just take the Eagle inventory and run with it.

I’m sure every long-time gameshop owner has a desire to produce their own games.  Maybe Funagain wishes to do this using Eagle’s well-known brand?  But then again, Funagain is just as well-known I’m sure.

A brand is worth ALOT, maybe even more than the stock itself.  I think you’d be a fool to bid just for the stock and simply throw away the brand.

I’ve heard that the bidding went fairly high (whatever that means) sort of implying that it was more than just a bid for the inventory…
