Gone Cardboard News: GIPF Set 3 to Arrive in April 2007

Kris Burm has announced on a GIPF Yahoo group that GIPF Set 3 is ready and should be available in North America in six weeks, roughly the start of April 2007. Who is distributing the potential pack in North America isn’t clear. Rio Grande Games handled GIPF Sets 1 & 2, but Set 3 isn’t listed as an upcoming item. On the Project GIPF website, Burm mentions that Belgian publisher and distributor Smart has an exclusive license for the games in Project GIPF, yet Burm also says that Smart is taking over for Don & Co, which didn’t handle the GIPF games in North America. Hmmm…

On another note, Burm mentions that GIPF Set 2 is also back in stock and will be available at the same time.
