Gone Cardboard News: Two New Expansions for Heroes Incorporated

Carl Forhan, owner of Quest Machine, has announced two new expansions for Heroes Incorporated, both of which will be released in December 2007. The expansions are:

• Crime Wave—This expansion includes several new heroes with the obligatory new superpowers, more than 20 new Research cards, at least four new Super Villians, and components for a fifth player. Crime Wave also includes a new Event Card deck; an Event card is drawn from the deck once each turn, which can lead to, in Forhan’s words, “major shifts in the balance of power.”

• Legion—A mini-expansion with one new Super Villian; the Legion character him-, her- or itself; and new Event cards which can strengthen Legion’s assault on Megalopolis. The Legion expansion also includes new Research cards to boost heroes and counter these Events.

No prices have been set yet for the expansions. These games have been added to Gone Cardboard.
