Gone Cardboard: The Stars Are Right, Coming from Steve Jackson
Klaus Westerhoff’s The Stars Are Right, which first appeared at Spiel 08 in German from Pegasus Games, is scheduled for a June 2009 release from Steve Jackson Games. In this game, players try to align the heavens in the proper patterns in order to attract the Great Old Ones to this world. Players need to start small, typically, summoning smaller creatures first who will provide both points and special abilities to move the stars above. The first player to score ten points from his assembled menagerie wins.
The Stars Are Right is for 2-4 players, ages 12 and up with a playing time of 60 minutes or less. The game retails for $28. This game has been added to Gone
