Innovention Files Suit Against Laser Game Competitor

Innovention Toys, manufacturer of the Khet laser game, has filed a patent infringement lawsuit against MGA Entertainment and Wal-Mart Stores. You can view the patent held by Innovention online.

Asked about the lawsuit, Innovention’s Luke Hooper said, “Unfortunately due to the nature of the case at this time we are holding off on making any public statements. However, we will most likely issue a press release in the next month or so after the initial weeks play out. I apologize I can’t give you anything at this time but I’ll keep you posted.”
