Interview with Kevin Nesbitt on Fortress: Ameritrash
Fortress: Ameritrash has posted a series of Q&As with Kevin Nesbitt from Valley Games, giving an update on the Republic of Rome, the VG preorder system, those blasted generals, and much more. One excerpt:
| We acknowledge the shortcomings of our company thus far. In the end, our focus remains on delivering the highest quality game that we can, because that’s the heart of the matter. Following this priority, we’re trying to find ways to improve in customer service and delivery times. |

Nice to see that Valley Games is still hanging in there. I am not a regular reader of Fortress Ameritrash but I was not surprised that there was a combination of tough questions and an understanding of Valley Games’ situation. A few people on BGG could learn something. Posted by Len Robinson on Mar 28, 2008 at 06:05 PM | #
