JESS: Spanish Game Design Contest E-2008

Game authors of the world, if you can write your rules in Spanish, you will be interested on this Game Design Contest E-2008.

This competition is organized by the cultural association Jugamos Tod@s, from Córdoba (Spain). The funny chicken poster is designed by Juan Carlos Federico (you can see more of his wonderfull ilustrations on his web).

The final chapter of the contest will be on September. EUTOPIA is a multi-cultural festival organized by the IAJ of the Junta de Andalucía (regional government) on late summer. Córdoba wants to be the cultural-capital-city-of-Europe in 2016. Last years in this festival, there were film directors, comic authors, painters, poets, musicians, writters, dancers, and many activities around them… This year there could be also boardgame activities.

For the Game Design contest E-2008: In the first phase, you must to send your Spanish rules before July 9. If you are selected, you must send your prototype to be played. 1st prize: 500 €, 2nd prize: 250 €. And a new Spanish game company, Rara Avis, want to help to publish the winner game in Spain (if it’s possible and the author agrees, of course). All the info at the Jugamos Tod@s website.

¡Nos jugamos!

Hi!
This is my first post in this great site.
I’d just like to say that if somebody has a nice game but has no choice to translate the rules from English into Spanish, I’d be glad to help you translating them.
You can contact me at .
My English is not perfect but, after playing hundreds of games in English, I think is good enough to understand the rules.
Of course, I’m a Spanish speaker.
Cheers!
