Journey to the Center of the Earth, Coming from Mayfair
Mayfair Games is releasing Journey to the Center of the Earth, an English edition of the Kosmos title Die Reise zum Mittelpunkt der Erde, and the game should be on shelves on September 11. In the game, designed by Rüdiger Dorn, players lead the three adveturers from the Jules Verne novel down through a volcano, through a dense forest and across a vast ocean filled with beasts from bygone days before being ejected back to the surface. Your job along the way is to collect gold and fossils and claim the best collection of artifacts once the explorers return to earth.
Journey to the Center of the Earth is for 2-4 players with a retail price of $49. This game has been added to Gone Cardboard.
