League of Six, Soon for Six?

QWG, which is comprised of Dutch publishers Quined Games and White Goblin Games, has released a Dutch/French version of League of Six, which first appeared from Czech Games Edition at Spiel 07. What’s interesting about this release is that the graphic design has been altered to allow up to six players, whereas the game previously had room only for five. While no bits are included for that sixth player, expect to hear news of a League of Six Expansion from CGE in the months to come.

Other QWG releases in the months ahead, all of them Dutch-language releases unless otherwise noted, include a reprint of the revised Princes of Florence in July, Jambo and a Dutch/French Galaxy Trucker in August, and Age of Empires III in September.

Are the QWG releases in their Master series or are these just standard releases?

Standard releases, David – no word yet on the Master Print Series for 2008.

2 Master Print releases are planned for Essen. No word on what these might be.

The League of Six expansion if for later this year, as is the Galaxy Trucker expansion.

I must say QWG never fails to impress me with their excellent selection. Not a single one of their games has disappointed me!
