Media Watch: Visit Malaysia, Meet Tom Vasel

“REAL Men Play Board Games With Their Families” is the motto of Tom Vasel, arguably the most well-known reviewer of designer games in the world, and how true this rings in today’s modern society of busy, working parents.

And he should know. Married to Laura, and blessed with five beautiful girls, playing designer games is not just about spending quality family time together, it is an activity the family can continue to enjoy even when the children later have their own families!

BGN’s sometime correspondent Edwin Wong writes about games regularly for the New Straits Times, and his latest piece is a brief profile of the prolific Tom Vasel, who is visiting the country to talk about using games in education.
