Mutant Chronicles Won’t Be Random
Fantasy Flight Games has announced that its Mutant Chronicles Collectible Miniatures Game won’t have figures released in randomly distributed booster packs as originally announced. Instead, the figures will be packaged in a non-random window box format – with 3-4 figures per $20 box, with 14 different SKUs – so that you know exactly which figures you’ll receive. This change mirrors FFG’s move from random booster packs for its Call of Cthulhu and Game of Throne CCGs to a Living Card Game format in which new cards are released in packs with fixed distributions.

While not interested to try the game myself, I’m quite sure this change will be applauded by those who are interested! Posted by Surya Van Lierde on Jun 30, 2008 at 03:55 AM | #
