New Version of Jenseits von Theben Coming from Queen

We have gotten word that German game publisher Queen Games is going to be publishing a new version Jenseits von Theben, designed by Peter Prinz and originally published by Prinz Spiele in 2004 (with a second edition in 2005).  We have no word yet as to the release date of the game.

Excellent!  It’s been difficult to find the original.  Hopefully we’ll see a mulit-lingual version.

It is good news.  I’d REALLY love it if Queen did some development of the game, to lessen some of its lucky aspects, at least as an option.  I doubt that will happen, though.

Mario, do you mean you want more news about this? The BGG link leads right back to this page. Spielbox has this listed as a Nuremberg release most likely because it’s listed on BGN as a Nuremberg release. Reliable sources say that Queen will release JvT around Nuremberg, but Queen has yet to release any information on its own, so we’re all still twiddling our thumbs for now. Soon hopefully…
