QWG Expands in France; More on Martinique

Dutch publisher QWG Games, which releases its games in multiple languages – most frequently Dutch and French – has struck a deal with French distributor Iello to provide its games with more coverage in its giant neighbor to the south. While QWG previously had a deal with French distributor Millennium, the company says that Iello will be able to give its games more attention and make the games more widely available. Thus French gamers looking for titles such as Cavum and Galaxy Trucker should have more success in the future as all French/Dutch releases from QWG will be distributed by Iello.

And speaking of new releases, I had mentioned in November 2008 that QWG had a new title named Martinique on its schedule. Martinique turns out to be a two-player game from Emanuele Ornella that is scheduled for release in June 2009. More details on the game closer to its release date.
