Rules Posted for 2008 Miglior Gioco Inedito Game Design Competition

Back in February 2008, I posted a news item about the theme of this year’s Miglior Gioco Inedito, an annual game design contest sponsored by Lucca Games and daVinci Editrice that offers publication to the winner. The theme is Nessun Dorma, which is an aria from the final act of Puccini’s opera Turandot. (For more info, I’d suggest starting with the Wikipedia entry for Nessun Dorma.)

The rules for the competition can be downloaded from BGN in either English or Italian. The details that you need to keep in mind before starting: adhere to the theme, design a card game with no more than 110 cards, submit the game in either English or Italian, and meet the deadline of June 30th, 2008.
