Sneak Peek: Galaxy Trucker: The Big Expansion – Card #1
You would think that toting goods across the universe in a rickety homemade spaceship would be difficult enough without any additional complications, but the folks at Czech Games Edition sure don’t think so. Part of its forthcoming Galaxy Trucker: The Big Expansion, detailed recently on Boardgame News, is an expanded and revised version of Rough Road Ahead, extra challenges to today’s transgalactic trucker.
While RRA was released as a free download at the end of 2007, CGE held a contest for new ideas for cards and has chosen eight winners, each of whom will receive a copy of The Big Expansion. BGN will debut each of those eight cards, one per Saturday until we’re bumping into Spiel. Here’s the first card, based on an idea from René Puttin:
