Very interesting, Tom.  Your list of favorite six-player games include a few that I’d NEVER play with six (including Cosmic and Acquire) and one I try to avoid with six (UP).  And there’s a bunch of other games I’d include on my list, such as I’m the Boss, Showmanager, Hare & Tortoise, Time’s Up, Wildlife, Medici, Barbarossa, Medieval Merchant, Coyote, and Dragon Delta.  Contrary to what is usually assumed, I guess there’s actually plenty of good games available for six players!
