The Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup of Pawns
"Dude, you’ve got your plastic on my wood!” “Well, you stuck wood in my plastic!”
Rolco, a manufacturer of pawns, poker chips, dice, and other gaming bits, has introduced a new line of pawns created from Wood-Plastic Composite (WPC).

Plastic resins are mixed with at least 40% wood fiber—taken from waste wood and not virgin trees—to create a somewhat greener component that also requires less energy to create. Now players can get their plastic or wood fix at the same table—two great tastes that play together!

Looks good, sounds good. I hope the price is right so we start seeing them in our games in the future. Posted by Surya Van Lierde on Feb 7, 2008 at 04:36 AM | #
