Titan Delayed by Typing

Valley Games has announced a delay in its new edition of Titan, previously scheduled for release in July 2008. Valley’s Kevin Nesbitt says, “We encountered a couple of typos just after receiving our final samples, and we decided that they were significant enough to warrant reprinting the samples with the corrections.” The company doesn’t expect the delay to be significant and plans to announce a new timeline for shipping to preorder and retail customers this coming week.

Thank-you VG for taking the care to do this!  Much better to have a delay than annoying misprints!

I’m glad VG sees the value of quality above making deadlines, and I’m also glad with the reactions here and on BGG to this new delay: everyone seems to agree that a delay is the best option.
