Two New Essen Titles from Czech Games Edition
Vlaada Chvatil and Czech Board Games made a huge splash at Essen in 2006 with Through the Ages and Graenaland. For 2007, though, you should instead look for Czech Games Edition, a new publishing company established by Chvatil, Petr Murmak, and others behind Czech Board Games.
Czech Games Edition plans to release two new games at Spiel 07. Galactic Trucker is a new game from Vlaada Chvatil. “Unlike the hardcore Through the Ages, this is an amusing real-time action game with a space background,” says Murmak. “It’s very easy to get addicted to this one.”
League of Six is the first published game from designer Vladimir Suchy. “This one is a Euro game with a brilliant combination of original game mechanics in a Medieval Germany setting,” says Murmak.
Note that the titles of both of these games might change before publication. Both games will be printed in English, German, and Czech.

Ingo, more details about the Czech games should be coming in a week or two. Perhaps preorder information will be included then.
