Vote for the 2009 Spiel des Jahres on Spielbox

Each year Spielbox magazine holds an online vote that asks people to guess which game will win Spiel des Jahres – the German Game of the Year award. The Spiel des Jahres jury will announce five nominees from all the titles released in the previous year on May 23, 2009, with the winner being announced on June 29. (If your guess was not announced on the list of nominees, you can vote again.) For 2009, you can also submit guesses for the Kinderspiel des Jahres, the children’s game of the year.

The first person to submit the name of the winning game will receive their choice of prize from a list, while a number of other voters will receive a randomly chosen item from the prize list.
