Winners of the Japan Boardgame Prize 2006
The winners of the 2006 Japan Boardgame Prize, a contest sponsored by U-more, an organization designed to spread the boardgame culture in Japan, have been announced. The winner of the best foreign game for beginners is Hey! That’s My Fish! by Günter Cornett and Alvydas Jakeliunas. The best advanced game is Thurn and Taxis, and the best Japanese game (meaning the best game published in Japanese) is Ticket to Ride.
